Atelier Etta is Montreal's new chef-founded arts collective, the vision of two chef artists dedicated to expression through the languages of Art, Design and Gastronomy. Founded by Chef/Artist Zoe Cousineau of Fortune and Chef/Designer Berlin Reed of The Ethical Butcher, Atelier Etta seeks to expand the concept of the pop-up restaurant by giving chefs an avenue for unbridled creative expression through non-edible media. While producing stunning popup installations and limited edition comestibles, the team at Atelier Etta relies on over 30 years of experience in the food industry to offer a full spectrum of consulting and production services for restaurants and food producers.
