I began my professional baking career in Dublin in 2021, where I oversaw large-scale bread production, cake decorating, and occasional catering. After a brief hiatus in 2022 to pursue a career in art, I returned to pastry in 2025 and am currently based in Paris. I work with a New York-style restaurant producing bagels, sourdough, and a range of pastries for service. In parallel, I collaborate with fashion brands during Paris Fashion Week, creating visually engaging pastries and savoury bites for showrooms, private dinners, and parties. Recent collaborations include One of These Days (2025 & 2026), Lido Swim (2025), and Keen (2026). I enjoy combining food, aesthetics, and brand identity to produce edible experiences that are both delicious and visually driven.
