I started cooking when I was eight years old, and by the time I was fifteen, I was working in restaurants. By that time, I realized that I wanted to be a Chef and go to the Culinary Institute of America, which I did! I have worked in numerous restaurants, including two Michelin restaurants. I currently have a YouTube channel (Cooking with Parker), where I show people what I have learned. I enjoying learning form others and teaching what I know, and I am always ready for a culinary experiment!
