Hello there. I always had an interest in all things food since I was in the womb. In high school I combined that interest by taking concentration culinary courses along with photography. I then attended the John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University, graduating in 2016. After that I've had multiple jobs at establishments including, casinos, barbecue restaurant, vietnamese cuisine, seminary college, and 2 well known retirement communities on the northshore. My jobs ranged from prep cook, server, line cook, baker, kitchen supervisor all the way up to my last job as a sous chef. In my free time I help my culinary friends with their business, writing menu's/recipes, taking food photos, reviewing their food etc. Hopefully I get to share my passion for food with many more people.
