Various cookbook images. I always had an open brief on these to make the images as appetising as they could possibly be. This involved retouching out distracting objects and enhancing the colours in order to increase the appeal. A liberal use of colour plate blending in order to enhance contrasts to further draw the reader's eye to the imagery.
