Was approached by the owner of "Flavors Unknown" podcast about doing some photos for his site. The podcast is interviews with top chefs around the world, the state of the industry, creativity, etc. He was tired of using the same photos from free stock agencies, and I am building my portfolio, so it was a good match.

This was one of the first shots I did for him. Working with burgers has to be fast...the longer the burger sits the darker the meat gets. While I used a lot of dark tones in this photo, I think it comes together nicely. While not a fan of tomatoes myself, I think next time it is needed for a pop of another color.
