These dishes were all shot on location at the restaurant (Nomad in Des Moines, Iowa) as prepared. No additional styling of the plates was done, only setup with props and lighting.
These images and several more were all created within a two hour time frame, as they had to be completed before the restaurant opened for business that evening.
