Off Menu is a series about chefs as artists, problem solvers, and innovators defining their own paths in an ever-changing industry. This is the first episode, featuring Einat Admony, James Beard-nominated chef –– restaurateur –– comedian. Chef Einat is one of the industry's most innovative creators, carving her own path with her restaurants Balaboosta and Taïm, her cookbooks, and her meals now being delivered across the country. Chef Einat cooks to connect people with the flavors, smells and sounds of her Israeli upbringing, and she does stand-up because she believes, “there's nothing better than a good meal and a laugh.”
