Parm to Table is the debut cookbook from Food Network chef Christian Petroni, published by Harvest/HarperCollins with a foreword by Martha Stewart. It debuted as a New York Times Bestseller on publication. The photography required weeks of production — shooting the full recipe library, process photography, chef portraits, and the warm Italian-American atmosphere that defines Petroni's cooking and personality. Cookbook photography at this level demands both technical precision and an ability to collaborate closely with a chef to translate their food into imagery that holds up in print.
