Peets Coffee reached out to me to help to with producing and photographing their winter 2022 campaign. They need someone to help secure the location, find talent and pull a crew together. We had a creative call and I then set out to pull together all the pieces. I did a model call, and created a model package for the client to choose from. Then booked my crew: a prop stylist and wardrobe stylist and a photo assistant. Next reached out to the location the CD had found and negotiated a lower full-day rate, signed the paperwork, paid the deposit and filed a COI for them. Once on set the preproduction planning came together. I had a point person do rapid testing on site, then lunch order and delivered by the local cafe. The day went smoothly and we managed to use every inch of the outdoor space of the location.

It was a joy to work to pull people together and create in a cool location. I learned that for smaller shoots, I can manage the preproduction producing but while on set it's important to have someone project managing so that I can 100% focus on creating imagery with the AD/CD.
