I produced, shot and edited this video for Nashville's restaurant, Prima, and chef Andy Little. Promoting their new summer menu, Andy and Prima chose a salad to highlight that mixed elements of his youth with modern techniques and flavors. A beautiful dish in a gorgeous restaurant.
