I seem to always have my camera on me to capture shots like this. While at an establishment in Houston, TX, I came across this red cocktail: Strawberry Mojito. I loved the two colors of red and green that were standing out in the drink and wanted to capture the cocktail. There is some photo editing done and color manipulation to really bring out those two colors and capture the dark, moody vibe of the local establishment.
