I was browsing free stock websites a few years ago and came across the sliced citrus image that drew my attention. I opened it in Photoshop, wondering what I could do with it. I edited it a few different ways and saved it as separate files. Later, when I was reviewing them one by one, I noticed the different lighting settings gave the "flash effect." This is how animating it came to my mind. So I went back to Photoshop to make extra edits to amplify the flash experience. And here you have it...
