I would appreciate your thoughts about the idea I had for these unique one-of-a-kind shaped bagels which could be massed produced in a gourmet kitchen. The recipe creation, shape creations, making/boiling/baking, styling and photo was all done the same day. Enjoy!
Creating a new recipe and 24 one-of-a-kind shapes in one day, without testing is challenging. There's no room for error! Bagels aren't fruit...they contain yeast... alive and rising. Thinking steps ahead is crucial. I learned, working as a chef in my past, helps my food styling skills, organization and speed tremendously.
