This is from two projects at the same BBQ restaurant in Richardson TX. I was hired for a quick shoot for a few photos on a trial basis. They like the photos and hired me to come back and do the rest of the menu a few months later. All the images were used for their website and social media use.
I had to get the tortilla to stand up, using toothpicks and then removing them in post. Making the meat pop up by putting a bowl under it and making small portions look bigger.
