This project was a shoot with LA based florist Studio Chung in which I wanted to capture a little love letter to some of my favorite foods in Los Angeles. This set features food from a San Gabriel Valley restaurant called Hui Tou Xiang.
For this main shot I wanted to explore a maximalist scene in which everything was sharp and vivid. The main image from this scene (I've included some details and a GIF) is a composite from about (10) shots to create the surreal and crisp world I wanted to showcase. All too rarely do I get the opportunity to spend so much time crafting one image- so this was my chance to prove quality over quantity!
