To celebrate the 25th anniversary of French brand Label Rouge and their Scottish Salmon suppliers.
The video follows the farm to fork (or rather 'loch to plate') journey of a farmed Scottish salmon. We began by filming the fish in their loch-based pens on the west coast of Scotland - then through processing and all the way to the bistros of Paris, via the huge fish markets on the outskirts of the French city.
