My goal was to develop a 100% plant-based burger with all the hearty comfort flavors of Swedish meatballs. I incorporated Traditional Swedish meatball spices paired with meaty mushrooms, mellow Swiss cheese and a tangy topping of lingonberry jam -all on toasted, buttery brioche. Success! This is a burger lover’s dream for vegetarians and omnivores alike.
