Here's a funky little recipe video we produced at Food Sorcery cookery school in Didsbury, Manchester with chef Jan Cron. I wanted to try out a few filming techniques with some new kit we'd recently invested in; I told Chef Jan he could cook what he liked, so he chose his favourite; Tibetan Momos.
