Tiramisu Ice Cream—I developed this recipe after making regular Tiramisu, which failed. I researched no-churn ice cream and came up with this. I was able to nail the original Tiramisu for my client, and they also purchased the new recipe.
Working with ice cream is always tricky. I planned ahead by pre-freezing scoops of ice cream before the shoot so I could swap out for fresh scoops when the others were starting to melt.
