Learn the difference between the top of the line cheeses and it’s conventional knockoffs.

The way this event works is you get a box delivered with four different varieties of cheeses, each variety has a high quality version and a low quality version. The samples aren't labeled, so you have to guess which is which. Afterwards I'll explain to you why each cheese is either artisanal or store bought. This guessing game is a fun way to learn how to "refine your palate" and gives you the information you need to navigate places like farmers markets, cheese shops and restaurant menus.
