Hired on this project to develop a recipe for gluten free croissants using my client's gf flour blend. Making something as technical as croissants can be difficult, especially when making it gluten free, but this client likes working with me from time to time because I have a strong background in professional baking as well as baking for special diets, and I am able to provide food photography for any current or new recipes as well. Project required multiple process shots as well as images of the final product.
