The client approached me with 4 weeks' notice that they wanted to bring a new concept to a food trade show in Sept 2019. Impulses Chips use pulses (peas, beans, legumes etc.) as a source of plant-based protein. I developed the branding, packaging and some trade support materials just in the nick of time.
