To have bread come out steaming hot and fresh looking, takes timing, organization, communication and teamwork. Dry runs help with potential glitches. Thanks to Sister Schuberts for allowing me the opportunity to style their shareable bread. They are a great bunch of folks… very professional.
When styling food that is going to be eaten, it is a bonus to have years of experience working as a chef first. Food safety & sanitation becomes second nature. Different rules and guidelines for storing, preparing and handling food have to apply when someone is going to eat the product.
